We are excited to be using DHL Express as our International Shipping Partner. Our International Shipping prices vary for each country. You can calculate the cost at the checkout page, once you have selected them items you wish to purchase. This is due to the prices being based on the weight of the products being shipped.
DHL Express offers delivery worldwide in 1-5 business days, with your ordering fully tracked until it reaches you.
Please not, all orders are sent WITHOUT signature required. If you would like signature required, please note this in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ comment field within the checkout page.
Import duties or taxes
Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.
Customs and import regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of our products are prohibited for importation into certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods that you order, are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. As such NZ Health Food Co Ltd accept no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address. If your item is still in transit, we may be able to change the address, however we can not guarantee this. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, original address and the new address. Charges may apply for address changes.
Country Specific Shipping Restrictions
As mentioned above, customs and import regulations vary widely between countries and some of our products are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Over time, we have put together the below list of the known country specific restrictions that we have experienced with our customers. Please understand, it is not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.
Due to export restrictions, we are unable to send any Colostrum products outside of New Zealand.
We are currently unable to ship to Taiwan. If you would like to purchase any of the Manuka South range to be sent to Taiwan, you can shop on www.manukasouth.com
No honey or Bee Products
Due to export restrictions, we are unable to send any Placenta products into Malaysia.
Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship Royal Jelly or Honey to Thailand
- No more that 5kg of honey per order is permitted
- Deer Velvet & Deer Blood needs MPI cert

- Our customers have experienced issues shipping more than 5 kg of honey per parcel to Korea.

If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Our products are delivered with free insurance and in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit prior to having been delivered to your home/business, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation (please note will do require a photo of the damaged parcel).
We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total.
For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is just $4.50 per order. All Courier orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. Once your item is shipped, you can expect delivery within two working days. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number immediately. Please note that if there are no delivery instruction’s left on our checkout page, your parcel will be left at ‘Authority to Leave’.
