We know you’ll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Our products are delivered with free insurance and in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit prior to having been delivered to your home/business, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. We send non-signature. If you’re not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don’t think it safe to leave, they’ll leave a card to call.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.

Shipping within New Zealand
We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total. For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is just $4.50 per order. All Courier orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. Please be ensured that if there are no delivery instruction’s left on our checkout page your parcel will be left at ‘Authority to Leave”.
We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. This usually takes between 3 and 10 working days depending on the delivery service selected for the destination country. We use NZ Post and we offer the International Air and the International Economy Courier services.
International Air is a fast and affordable way to send parcels overseas. International Air has a 3 to 10 day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide. Please be aware however that International Air is a NON TRACKED service.
International Economy Courier is an affordable and secure way to send parcels to 32 key countries worldwide. International Economy Courier parcel is for parcels up to 30kg and it has a 2 to 6 working day delivery target. With International Economy Courier you also have the peace of mind of knowing YOUR PARCEL IS TRACKED until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery. We highly recommend using this service.
Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
