Shipping Internationally

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Due to a change in regulatory requirements, we are currently unable to ship any dairy products overseas.

We know that once you order, you are looking forward to receiving your parcel as soon as possible! If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Our Tracked Shipping option is an affordable and secure way to send parcels to 32 key countries worldwide. This shipping option is for parcels up to 30 kg’s and has a 3 to 6 working day delivery target. With this service you also have the peace of mind of knowing Your parcel is tracked until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery. We highly recommend using this service.

Our Non-tracked Shipping option is an affordable way to send parcels overseas.  This service has a delivery target of up to 10 working days from dispatch to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.  Please be aware that this is a Non Tracked  service. As such, we accept no liability for unsuccessful deliveries. If you are having difficulty receiving a non-tracked order, we will happily lodge an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf, but please be aware that payment of any refund is strictly based on the outcome of the investigation.

Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.  

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of our products are prohibited for importation into certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods that you order, are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.  As such NZ Health Food Co Ltd accept no liability for the refund or replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Country Specific Shipping

China

Our China Courier service is a great value, fully tracked alternative to NZ Post.  There are current delays due to reduced courier capabilities, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. We are unable to ship any animal products to China, only Manuka Honey products are permitted to be sent. Please note that the Shipping address MUST be in Chinese.

Korea

We are currently unable to ship any products to Korea. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Taiwan

We are currently unable to ship to Taiwan. If you would like to purchase any of the Manuka South range to be sent to Taiwan, you can shop on www.manukasouth.com

Thailand

Due to import restrictions, we are unable to ship Royal Jelly or Honey to Thailand
