Shipping Internationally

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Due to a change in regulatory requirements we are currently unable to ship any dairy products overseas.

We know that once you order you are looking forward to receiving your parcel as soon as possible! If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Our Non-tracked Shipping option is an affordable way to send parcels overseas.  This service has a delivery target of up to 10 working days from dispatch to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.  Please be aware however that is a NON TRACKED service. As this is a non-tracked service, we accept no liability for unsuccessful deliveries. If you are having difficulty receiving a non-tracked order, we will happily lodge an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf. However, please be aware, that payment of any refund is strictly based on the outcome of the investigation.

Our Tracked Shipping option is an affordable and secure way to send parcels to 32 key countries worldwide. this shipping option is for parcels up to 30kg and has a 3 to 6 working day delivery target. With this service you also have the peace of mind of knowing YOUR PARCEL IS TRACKED until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery. We highly recommend using this service.

Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.  

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Due to import restrictions enforced by the Thailand Government we are unable to ship royal jelly and honey to Thailand. Some of the products we sell via this website are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.  As such it’s entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. NZ Health Food Co Ltd accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Sending to Korea

Our Korea Courier service is an affordable and tracked alternative to NZ Post.  These orders however can take up to 3 weeks to deliver so please bear that in mind. NO MORE THAN 6 PRODUCTS PER PARCEL are allowed so if your order quantities exceed those amounts your order will be separated into multiple parcels.  You will of course be sent all tracking numbers relating to these.

Sending to China

Our China Courier service is a great value, fully tracked alternative to NZ Post.  The orders can however take up to 4 weeks to deliver so please allow for this time frame.

Christmas orders

While throughout the year we endeavor to achieve our delivery time frames, the festive season is a time where the courier and postal services come under a great deal of pressure.  Orders placed over the Christmas period may result in significant delays.
