We know you’ll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Our products are delivered with free insurance and in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit prior to having been delivered to your home/business, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. If you’re not home when they call, they’ll leave a card to call.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total. For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is just $4.50 per order. All Courier orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. Once your item is shipped you can expect delivery within two working days. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number immediately. Please be ensured that if there are no delivery instruction’s left on our checkout page your parcel will be left at ‘Authority to Leave’.
