The Only 3 Ingredients You Need:
- 60ml Gin
- 1tsp NZHF Mānuka Honey UMF 10+
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Let’s get shaking!
- Combine gin and lemon juice in your cocktail shaker, fill with ice
- Microwave the NZHF Mānuka Honey UMF 10+ for 5 seconds (just to soften) then add to shaker
- Shake, shake, shake!
- Strain into your martini glass
