SHIPPING

We know you'll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock - and we usually do - we'll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Our products are delivered with free insurance and in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit prior to having been delivered to your home/business, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. We send non-signature. If you're not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call.

We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Shipping within New Zealand

We offer FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $75 total. For orders under this amount, the cost of delivery is just $4.50 per order. All Courier orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.

International Shipping

We can send your order to virtually any country in the world. This usually takes between 3 and 10 working days depending on the delivery service selected for the destination country. We use NZ Post and we offer the International Air and the International Economy Courier services.

International Air is a fast and affordable way to send parcels overseas. International Air has a 3 to 10 day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.

International Economy Courier is an affordable and secure way to send parcels to 32 key countries worldwide. International Economy Courier parcel is for parcels up to 30kg and it has a 2 to 6 working day delivery target. With International Economy Courier you also have the peace of mind of knowing your mail is tracked until it reaches its destination and a signature is collected on delivery.

Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are at your cost.

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell via this website are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country.

It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. NZ Heatlh Food Co Ltd accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Our Chinese and Korean Courier services are an affordable and tracked alternative to NZ Post. These orders however can take up to 4 weeks to deliver so please bear that in mind.
