The 38 Bach Flower Remedies are made from extracts of non-poisonous wild plants, bushes and trees. They are gentle, safe and effective, suitable for us by all the family. The Bach Flower Remedies were discovered by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930's. Still today, the first vital stage of preparing the remedies is carried out at his home.
4 drops in water and sip at intervals, or 4 drops in the tongue. Alternatively add to 30ml mixing bottle containing still spring water and take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
5x dilution of flower extracts of the Bach Flower's Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum in a grape alcohol solution.
