When taken with water before meals, Nutra-Life Appetite Suppressant quickly forms a gel matrix in the stomach, increases the thickness of fluids in the stomach to provide a feeling of fullness and slow gastric emptying, an important factor in controlling appetite. Nutra-Life Appetite Suppressant is a pure indigestible dietary fibre complex derived from four fibres including guar gum, psyllium, oatbran and pectin. It is designed to provide bulk and give a feeling of fullness that may reduce the urge to overeat.

Take two capsules with a glass (200mL) of water up to 1 hour before meals. Up to four capsules may be taken if large meals are anticipated. Do not take immediately prior to lying down.
